Keith Simmons - Partner, B2BCFO

The advice she received was on-target which helps make her decision more logical but not any easier. Putting one's life into a business to see it come apart is a harsh reality. Having to reduce staff is one of the most difficult, but necessary, decisions. These are difficult times for established businesses. For new entrepreneurs looking to build their business it is even more challenging as they don't have the experience or advisors to show them the way.
Cash is King and No Cash = No Business.
My wish for her success and for the success of the many business owners in the same situation.
